When I talk about YouthForce it is more than just a job opportunity, it is a community of supportive adults and hardworking teens. It is a rare opportunity to work for adults who look out after you and wants you to succeed today and beyond. What has been your most impactful or favorite YouthForce University memory?
The most impactful memory from YouthForce University for me would be learning about defying barriers. Whether it is educational or career barriers, many of the teens face this issue. The staff taught us about this issue in an effective way by sharing their own personal experiences from their lowest point to their success. Learning about their struggles and how hard they worked certainly inspired me and many teens in that room. Knowing that they invest so much effort in helping the teens like myself to be successful certainly encouraged me to continue to work hard.
