Create a Road Map to Success

YouthForce University (YFU) is a career readiness program teens participate in alongside of their YouthForce internships. Interns benefit from career development, college preparation, financial literacy, personal development, and community service. YFU offers educational workshops, career development events, and a biannual Teen Employment Conference to equip interns with post high school plans. We create opportunities for interns to connect with a variety of professionals throughout Seattle who offer career mentorship in a “non-work” environment.

Interns can complete various levels through participation in events, workshops, and conferences hosted by YouthForce and in collaboration with leading companies and community organizations throughout King County.
